A Few Words About Our Center

Dear Parents,

Welcome to Amuma.

Amuma is a Visayan word for Aruga which means to nurture someone with Tender Loving Care. Amuma was conceptualized as our response to the growing need for quality childcare services. To address this demand, we first founded LifemaideasyPH in 2010, a DOLE-licensed private employment agency which envisions to professionalize the local maid and Yaya industry. Whilst we are hugely successful in this endeavor, we realize over time and as per feedback from other parents, the need for a straightforward childminding facility to adapt to the fast-changing times. There are yayas who did not return from their days off, there are those who ran away, or left the household at a whim, and there are yayas who just unfortunately, did not pass the discriminating standard of some parents. Hence the birth of Amuma Childcare in 2018 with the vision to be your best Yaya alternative and to fill the gap.

Amuma offers parents the flexibility to avail of our quality, safe and secure childcare service where parents get to leave their little ones with peace of mind and confidence whilst they are at work, business or leisure. We are open from Mondays to Saturdays, 6am to 8pm with the flexibility to avail of our hourly, daily, and monthly rates.

Our center provides the following services

Center-Based Childcare

Parents will have to drop off and pick up the child to and from our childcare facilities in Cebu and Makati.

Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In-Home Childcare

With In-home Childcare, our Childcare Assistant will be at your doorsteps just when you need her the most. May that be your yaya did not return from day off, or has left without prior notice or you just want your little one to play, engage and interact with our professional Assistant.

On-Site Childcare

This is for corporate clients who want to set up their own childcare facility on-site and will be overseen and managed by AMUMA. This is ideal for corporate clients whose businesses are afftected by the attendance issues of their employees due to Yaya problems. Available anywhere in the Philippines.
